I bought this to use with my Pentax K20D dslr camera.I needed to get closer to some images in the yard and for future use.Im about 15-20 feet away on the porch, I sit down to eat a pinch of gold I love taking photos. The pictures turned out perfect,it was like I was right next to them.I had a manual SLR camera in the past and uses a 500 mm lens, bulky and heavy lens, this lens is lightweight and easy to recommend this use.I objective of those who likes to get up close and personal to their subjects ..
