I've got 2 of these printers, and have used them for going on something like 10 years now. They've been very reliable, and have cranked out faxes, documents and scans for all that time, and in a heavy volume for the small business I run.I have some specificity and aggravations that have been sued for the opportunity, I have the durability, such as the durability of the machine.
